A member of the Mexican American Bar Association, Anastacio Mindiola received a bachelor of business administration in management information systems from the University of Houston before earning a JD from South Texas College of Law in 2005. While pursuing his JD, Anastacio Mindiola earned a pair of scholarships, participated on the college’s moot court varsity team, and served as a member of the Hispanic Law Student Association.
Upon graduating, Anastacio Mindiola completed internships with the State of Texas Fourteenth Court of Appeals and the Harris County District Attorney’s Office, where he conducted legal research and attended trials and hearings. He began his career as a corporate and business attorney, but, since 2010, has managed his own firm specializing in civil suits representing property owners whose property has been damaged because of storms, such as hurricanes, hail and wind.
Anastacio Mindiola primarily represents individuals in cases involving bad-faith insurance claims, defective products, and personal injury. He is fluent in both English and Spanish and holds membership with both the State Bar of Texas and American Bar Association. Outside of his professional endeavors, he enjoys traveling and playing basketball.
